RF Test/Characterization Lab Lead

The Hardware Engineering directorate leads in the mechanical hardware design, development, and production of weapons systems. As a Lab Lead you will manage and implement engineering lab strategic projects and day-to-day administrative functions within multiple engineering labs, with specific focus on safety, security, and compliance using established doctrine and governance.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
• University degree
• Minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical/electronic skills
• Experience with OSHA/NFPA industrial policies and regulations
• Experience with working directly with engineers, technicians and leadership in an engineering lab environment in the areas of safety, security, compliance and property management
• Experience with EHS, NISPOM, JAFAN and Foreign Object Elimination
• Ability to build positive, lasting relationships with customers
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools
