The Strategic Defense Solution engineering organization in Richardson, TX is looking for an exceptionally motivated engineer to design and develop electrical systems for the integration of electronic equipment on military/commercial aircraft and ground stations.
Requirements
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
- Experience in electrical design tools i.e. (Visio, AutoCAD, Capital Harness, Catia).
- Proven experience working with manufacturing teams, vendors, and other suppliers to build cost-effective solutions.
- Knowledge of design and development processes with practical experience in multiple phases of the HW lifecycle: requirements, design, development, integration, validation/verification, and sustainment.
