Job Description
Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Trade Site Lead to work on-site in Middletown, Connecticut. The role will partner with business units to ensure compliance with Global Trade rules and regulations, provide guidance and resolve Global Trade issues, and safeguard International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) data and technology.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary Global Trade contact for AutoAir-Holt, Pratt and Whitney Manufacturing Singapore (PWMS), Cold Section Module Center (CSMC), Product Delivery Center (PDC), and the Finland Final Assembly and Check Out (FACO) facilities
- Partner with business stakeholders across the network to identify, assess, and manage global trade issues, opportunities, and ensure compliance with the Consent Agreement and audit requirements
- Act as the Global Trade Site Lead, collaborating closely with site leadership to manage day-to-day global trade activities, including all Consent Agreement-related tasks for Operations
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to support business strategy and growth initiatives, such as automations, transitions, expansions, and acquisitions, as needed
