Join Collins Aerospace as a Senior Manager, Program Management within the Mission Systems Multi Domain Products organization, where you will lead development efforts focused on Small Form Factor and space based architectures and systems. You will help drive the advancement of next generation aerospace and defense technologies by leading programs across the full product lifecycle, from early pursuit and capture activities through development, transition to production, and ongoing product support. Close collaboration across engineering, operations, finance, and leadership teams throughout Collins Aerospace and RTX is required, as well as direct engagement with government customers and industry partners. The Senior Manager, Program Management will oversee complex technical development efforts, manage schedules, risks, and program performance, and apply strong Earned Value Management principles to ensure successful execution.
