Senior Mechanical Engineer - Microelectronics Packaging (Onsite)

The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of microelectronics packaging design and must possess good mechanical engineering skills.

Requirements

• Coordinate and execute research and development activities in a laboratory environment.
• Packaging conceptualization and technology development.
• Lead and execute moderately sized projects.
• Prototype build & evaluation, qualification testing, factory transition.
• Support manufacturing in manufacturing failure analysis and process development.
• Root cause failure analysis on circuit card assemblies.
