Senior Principal Cyber Engineer

RTX Corporation is seeking a Senior Principal Cyber Engineer to lead a team and build technologies to support Cyber/EW operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in leading cross-functional teams and writing and winning competitive R&D efforts. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, an Active DoD secret clearance, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or relevant field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, an Advanced Degree and 7 years of experience, or PhD and a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance is required on day one
• A proven track record in writing and winning competitive R&D efforts for government funded projects
• Experience in technical leadership of cybersecurity-focused R&D teams
• Working experience on classified government funded research programs
• Ability to provide visionary technical leadership and desire to grow and lead a group to achieve that vision
• Proficient in relevant programming languages and development tools to support the research’s software/hardware requirements
• Experience with reverse engineering, binary analysis and disassemblers
• Relevant publications at conferences and in journals
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
