Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead a team of engineers in support of hardware production, test, and delivery of missile sub-sections and/or All Up Round. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and experience with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
Requirements
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
- Experience with Project Management as technical leader of large teams of engineers
- Extensive experience with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) per ANSI Y14.5
- Travel to suppliers and other Raytheon facilities as needed
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date.
