Job Description
Raytheon is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Principal Systems Engineer to join their team within the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center, supporting the SPY-6 Family of Radars in defining customer needs, functional and product architecture, requirements definition and decomposition, system performance, execution of system integration and analysis activities.
Requirements
- Develop concepts of operations for radar systems.
- Radar processing algorithm development.
- Radar software requirements development.
- Statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data.
- Analysis tool development in support of problem identification and resolution.
- Working with Systems and Software Engineers to develop and implement solutions.
- Present findings and solutions to Leadership and/or Customers.
- Willingness for occasional travel to support mission execution at various facilities and test sites.
