Senior Quality Engineer (Onsite)

We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to support the shop floor and ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems. The role involves leading teams to investigate customer escapes and non-conformances, reviewing procedures and specifications, and interfacing with various Engineering, Operations, and Materials groups to resolve technical/quality issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5 + years in an Engineering role
• OR a Masters' degree and 3 + years in an Engineering Role
• Understanding of metrology ability to use measuring tool, e.g. calipers, dial indicators, linear scales
• Ability to learn new measuring techniques
• Basic Computer Skills –Microsoft Office packages; Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Ability to stay on task and make an informed decision
• Capable of thinking methodically and creatively
• Detail oriented and dedicated to accuracy
• Ability to read and follow directions, operation standards, and interpret drawings
• Ability to work independently or within a team and minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work overtime
