Senior Reliability Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Reliability Engineer to join our team located in Tucson, AZ. The Senior Reliability Engineer will implement reliability strategy across multiple product phases including development, production and sustainment, and support an engineering team consisting of varying levels of experience and engineering sub-disciplines.

Requirements

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with reliability requirements, analyses and/or test methodology development.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
• Experience with FMECA, Reliability Predictions, ESS, Derating, FRACA.
• Experience in supporting multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Customer focus and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; knowledge of MS Office tools, and experience in the preparation and presentation of briefing material.
• Ability to review technical documentation for accuracy and compliance with existing standards with the ability to identify concerns, suggest solutions, and follow through to closure.
