Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to implement program reliability requirements throughout proposal and program life cycle. This individual will serve as a Senior Reliability Engineer working with other Engineers and mentoring junior Reliability Engineers as they learn and take on more responsibilities.
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Reliability, Modeling and Predictions or other engineering role.
- Experience with Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
- Working experience with Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) methodology, systems, and resources.
- Experience in Industry and Government Quality Requirements and Standards
