Senior RF Electrical Engineer - P3

Senior RF Electrical Engineer position available at Raytheon in El Segundo, CA. Responsible for design and development of microwave RF circuits, testing, and production support. Requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 5+ years of experience in microwave RF circuits.

Requirements

• Design and test experience in high frequency circuits ranging from baseband to millimeter wave
• Experience in software tools including: Keysight ADS, National Instruments AWR Microwave Office, Sonnet EM, Ansys HFSS, AutoCAD or comparable
• Experience in lab equipment including Special Test Equipment, Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and Power Meters
