Senior RF Mechanical Engineer

The Senior RF Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for providing innovative design solutions for the packaging of antennas, RF Circuit Card Assemblies, radomes, and RF test equipment. The selected candidate will be expected to lead multidiscipline teams, provide technical oversight, delegate tasks, and work with the Engineering organization to establish technology roadmaps, enable modernization, and contribute to general innovation.

Requirements

• Small group technical oversight
• Serve as a technical resource to the organization
• Collaborate in a multi-discipline team setting to solve complex engineering problems
• Create 3D CAD models and engineering drawings for RF products designs
• Develop prototype hardware designs and coordinating fabrication
• Perform hands on integration and test support for prototype hardware
• Hold design and drawing reviews with peers and subject matter experts
• Supplier management for built to print or build to specification RF products
