Job Description
Join us as a Senior System Safety Engineer on the Naval Powers (NP) System Safety team in Tucson, AZ. As a Senior System Safety Engineer, your responsibilities will include supporting and/or leading one or more MIL-STD-882E compliant system safety programs, performing system safety program tasks and analyses, and collaborating with program management and government approval authorities. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Senior System Safety Engineer to join us.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience with System Safety Engineering with Software or Firmware or Electrical Engineering
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued secret security clearance
- U.S. citizenship required
