Requirements
- Elicit, analyze, and manage complex stakeholder and system-level requirements
- Maintain full traceability across requirements, design artifacts, implementation, and test
- Support customer and regulatory requirement validation activities
- Develop system concepts, architectures, and interface definitions
- Lead trade studies and evaluate alternatives to optimize cost, schedule, and technical performance
- Ensure architectural alignment with mission objectives and engineering standards
- Define system-level verification and validation strategies
- Oversee integration activities across hardware, software, and subsystems
- Plan, execute, and document system-level testing
- Serve as a key technical interface between engineering, program management, and customers
- Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and decision support to multidisciplinary teams
- Present design approaches, progress, and risks to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and manage technical risks and mitigation plans
- Support configuration control, baseline management, and change approval processes
- Ensure adherence to relevant engineering standards, policies, and compliance requirements
- Participate in design reviews, technical milestones, and readiness assessments
- Support product sustainment, upgrades, and technology insertion activities
- Contribute to proposal development, cost estimating, and planning efforts
