Job Description
RTX is seeking a highly motivated Senior System Safety Engineer to join their team onsite in Tewksbury, MA. As a Senior System Safety Engineer, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing one or more MIL-STD-882E compliant system safety programs, performing MIL-STD-882E System Safety Program tasks and analyses, and coordinating with customer safety representatives to gain safety approval from appropriate Safety Review Board authorities.
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience with risk assessment concepts, such as those in MIL-STD 882E.
- Experience writing technical reports and presentations.
