Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, systems engineering, and/or automation engineering
• Experience managing technical teams of 5+ employees
• Experience in project management, preferably as it relates to automation development and deployment
• Ability to lead/manage engineers and technical trades on project teams
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and pro-actively
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
• U.S. Citizenship is required
