Job Description
We are seeking a Sr Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and be able to develop comprehensive manufacturing processes for 3D metal parts. This is a 3rd shift position with a 12% shift premium.
Requirements
- Develop the comprehensive manufacturing process for 3D metal parts
- Define materials, develop work holding solutions, create multi-axis CNC machining programs, develop inspection plans, and create process instructions for operators to follow
- Assess process failures, disposition non-conforming hardware, and create and execute robust Root Cause/Corrective Action plans to permanently solve problems
