Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in advanced structural and strength analyses
- Higher technical education (preferably in mechanics, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics) and strong engineering foundations in the field of materials science and solid mechanics
- Expert knowledge of MES tools, preferably Abaqus
- Excellent knowledge of analytical methods supporting the interpretation of MES results and simulation validation
- Proficiency in English technical language, enabling international cooperation, report creation, and participation in project reviews
- High teamwork skills and ability to independently conduct analyses, initiate improvements, and propose engineering solutions
- Experience in presenting results and technical recommendations to stakeholders and supporting project decisions at a strategic level
