Systems Engineer II

The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center is currently looking for a Systems Engineer II to support the Missile Defense Sensors (MDS) department.

Requirements

• Defining radar system requirements, design architectures and algorithms in support of those requirements
• Collaborating with software development teams to ensure effective implementation
• Analyzing radar system performance data with respect to requirements
• Identifying performance deficiencies and proposing solutions
• Defining and prototyping new algorithms to enhance system performance
• Presenting plans, designs and system performance to peers, internal leadership and external customers
• Providing subject matter expertise to agile software development teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements
