This role will serve as a Systems Engineer with a specialty in Configuration Management on challenging software development projects, working with innovative advancements in Multi-Sensor and Information Fusion, Networked Situational Awareness, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning and Visualization technologies.
Requirements
- Serve as Configuration Management lead for software development programs.
- Perform full life cycle systems engineering tasks including system requirements analysis, definition, architecture design, trade studies, integration, verification and validation (V&V), formal testing, and software installation.
- Work with systems engineering discipline subject matter experts for department, solving critical technical problems with innovative solutions.
- Experience as a Configuration Management engineer on a software development program.
- Experience with standard MS Office product suite applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
