We are Pratt & Whitney Rzeszów, a company that develops engines for aircraft and we are looking for a Technologist to join our team. As a Technologist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing programs for numerically controlled machining centers (CNC/OSN) in the mechanical processing of aircraft engine parts.
Requirements
- Higher technical education in the field of mechanical engineering, machine building, and related fields
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings and standards
- Good knowledge of Catia and/or NX in CAD/CAM
- Ability to create processing strategies based on process concepts and develop machining programs for OSN
- Knowledge and ability to apply solutions from the field of measurement programming using measuring and tooling probes
- Knowledge of cutting tools and ability to select tools
- Good knowledge of the course, specifics, and conditions of mechanical processing
- Well-developed communication and teamwork skills
- Analytical thinking and planning skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of English at level B2
