Job Description
trü frü is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead operational excellence across manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field, and/or 5+ years of experience in TPM/MSE or continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a technical field, and/or 5+ years of experience in TPM/MSE or continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and driving change across cross-functional teams
- Strong proficiency in analytical and problem-solving methodologies using data-driven insights
- Experience coaching and developing others in a manufacturing or operations setting
