Job Description
We are seeking a Director of DCOM to lead channel strategy, manage a high-performing team, and ensure seamless execution across Omni Channel Universe. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in molding the company's long-term strategic plans and allocate resources towards our ambition of 30% digital penetration by 2030.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in the Sales or Marketing function
- Direct management of a team (3+ years)
- Proven DCOM management (3+ years)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, collaboration, analytical, and influencing skills
