Job Description
As a Tax Accountant in RubinBrown's Real Estate Services Group, you will work directly with managers and partners to prepare real estate tax returns and enhance your skills in real estate tax compliance and consulting.
Requirements
- Analyze client tax records/books and prepare real estate tax returns
- Develop a great foundation of knowledge related to tax credit real estate properties and funds
- Understand and analyze partnership and pass-through taxation issues
- Analyze tax effects of partnership interest and property sales and projections
