Job Description
RubinBrown is one of the nation’s leading accounting and professional consulting firms seeking a Tax Accountant for its Real Estate Services Group. The successful candidate will work directly with the managers and partners of the firm’s Real Estate Services Group, analyzing client tax records/books and preparing real estate tax returns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related degree
- CPA or credentials to sit for the exam
- Minimum of one to two years of tax compliance experience
- Prior experience with pass-through entity tax credits (LIHTC, HTC, NMTC) is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and leadership ability
- Ability to work on a team and develop other individuals
- Highly organized and motivated with a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel required)
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
