Technology Support Intern

The Technology Support Intern will serve as a member of the Technology Services Help Desk team providing timely, courteous, and expert administrative support to all Firm users. This will be a regular part-time position enabling the individual to be hands-on with basic technology support, while also having an opportunity to learn advanced technology support skills.

Requirements

• Active enrollment in an undergraduate program at an accredited university
• Major in Information Technology or similar field of study
• Junior or senior student
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Strong technical and organizational skills
• High level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality
