Shift Leader

This Shift Leader position is responsible for supervising a restaurant team, ensuring guest satisfaction, food quality, and team member efficiency. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, managing food preparation, and ensuring adherence to company safety standards. Shift Leaders will also contribute to daily financial tasks and participation in training.

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Some restaurant or retail experience preferred
• Basic computer skills including e-mail and Microsoft Word
• Ability to communicate in English, clearly communicating operational concerns.
• Math Skills: Overall skills and knowledge of basic mathematical principles.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance
