Job Description
This Shift Leader position is responsible for overseeing and supporting a busy restaurant, ensuring Guest satisfaction, food quality, and team efficiency. The Shift Leader will manage team members, maintain restaurant cleanliness, and assist in daily operations. They report to the General Manager and Assistant Manager and are accountable for the C.O.R.E. 10.
Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent
- Restaurant or retail experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
