Shift Leader

The Shift Leader is responsible for supervising and supporting a productive restaurant, ensuring Guest satisfaction, food quality, team member efficiency, and safety. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team, maintain a clean and organized environment, and ensure compliance with company policies. The Shift Leader will interact with guests, management, and team members, maintaining operational standards.
