Sales Development Representative Intern

As an intern on the Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team, you will be a key member of our growing team. You will receive an elite 2-week onboarding program focused on selling skills and identify high-potential customers, research Rubrik's value fit, personalize messaging to prospects, and generate high-quality new business meetings for the company.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, with a strong interest in pursuing professional sales
• Graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027
• Available to work full-time for a 10-week program with a June start date
• Available to work in-office 4 days a week in Austin, TX for 10 weeks
• Team Player: Be willing to roll up your sleeves and work cross-functionally.
• You are proactive and not afraid to drive towards finding a better solution.
• Curious, open-minded, and ego-free, with a growth mindset who thrives on continuous learning
• Interest and ability to learn technical concepts quickly
• Desire for a successful career in sales/business development
