The Senior Customer Success Engineer will provide technical support to customers via phone, web, email, chat, onsite visits, and other channels. They will diagnose and resolve problems in Rubrik products and customer environments, troubleshoot networking connectivity and performance issues, and work with engineering and QA teams to recreate customer issues. The role requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or relevant work experience, and 10+ years of experience in enterprise technical support, storage, or backup verticals.
