Account Manager

Join Ruder Finn India as an Account Manager and lead bold campaigns, mentor a team, and drive ideas that spark conversation. Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, translate their needs into actionable strategies, and deliver results. Develop media strategies, pitch stories, and secure impactful coverage across channels, and track campaign performance to provide actionable insights to clients. Lead and guide Account Executives and Associates, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and accountability within the team.

Requirements

• 4–6 years' PR/communications experience, ideally agency-side
• Strong client servicing and project management skills
• Proven experience in media relations and digital-first campaigns
• Excellent writing and storytelling ability
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the confidence to counsel clients
• Team player and mentor with strong leadership potential
