We are recruiting an Account Manager to work within our commercial team in Toulouse, France. The role involves commercial relations, prospection and sales, customer relations, and transverse projects.
Requirements
- Listening, counseling, and accompanying partners on a daily basis
- Training on the Rue des Vignerons tool
- Optimization and follow-up of annual performances
- Negotiation and control of standards
- Maintenance and development of commercial relations
- Prospecting and developing portfolio of partners
- Responding to incoming requests and contributing to sales of new Rue des Vignerons services
- Monitoring of customer feedback, monitoring of customer requests, and incident management
