Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Commercial Lines Account Managers are trusted advisors that liaise between clients and insurance carriers to convey information, provide understanding, and ensure work is performed in an accurate, timely manner. They manage the servicing responsibilities of a book of business, build and maintain client relationships, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Valid NJ Property and Casualty Insurance Licenses
• At least 3 years of commercial lines account management experience
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent customer service mindset and skills
• Ability to multi-task and complete work with a sense of urgency
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of insurance company rating systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with agency management software
