Requirements

• Certified Tax Consultant (m/w/d) or certified Auditor (m/w/d)
• In-depth knowledge of tax planning, especially for companies of various legal forms
• Several years of experience in tax and legal support for restructurings, mergers, and company successions
• Experience in leading a specialist team and conducting statutory and voluntary annual financial statement audits
