Ruggable is hiring a Print Supervisor to manage print room responsibilities and drive continuous improvement in printing processes.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills
- English & Spanish fluency
- Experience leading a team
- Experience resolving problems/conflict including disciplinary practices, performance management, appraisals
- Ability to create and work in collaborative group environments
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong IT skills, including being proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Suite
