Senior Manager, Digital Merchandising

Ruggable is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Merchandising to lead the delivery of a best-in-class global shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in site merchandising and 3-5+ years of direct people management experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in site merchandising (D2C/Apparel/Home décor preferred)
• 3-5+ years of direct people management experience
• Deep, hands-on experience in Shopify, Constructor, Yotpo, and BI tools (Sigma/Looker/GA4)
• Expert-level proficiency in managing complex, cross-functional workflows
