Job Description
Join our team as Regional Distribution Sales Manager and contribute to our success. You will be responsible for growing distribution and OEM sales in the Midwest, evaluating current channel effectiveness, and identifying new distributors to meet sales goals. Primary responsibilities include record keeping, CRM system management, distributor support, and termination of ineffective channel partners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in pumps and related products
- Excellent understanding of the Distribution Sales Channel
- Ability to respond with a strong sense of urgency and care to distributor and customer requests
- Ability to maintain positive and constructive relationships internally and externally
