Job Description
Ruiz Foods is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the Florence manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the site's operational strategy and execution, building a strong leadership bench, and driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10 years' experience in a USDA, frozen/refrigerated food manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Business, or related discipline
- Proven ability to lead multi-line operations and address equipment needs
- Strong leadership and management skills
