Job Description
Ruppert Landscape is seeking a Field Manager to assist the Field Manager in managing labor and materials for contract maintenance and snow removal projects. The role involves developing the people reporting to the field manager, training them, and ensuring the completion of projects within budget. Collaboration with other field managers is essential to meet the company's goals.
Requirements
- Demonstrated skill and ability to manage others.
- Demonstrated skill and ability to work with service customers.
- At least one year of experience doing contract maintenance work in a commercial setting.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Knowledge of vehicles and equipment used in contract maintenance and snow removal.
