Crew Leader - Landscape Maintenance

Field Manager will oversee labor, materials, and daily operations at a designated data center site to ensure contract maintenance and site support services are completed safely, efficiently, and to client expectations.

Requirements

• Develop a clear understanding of the company's philosophies, short- and long-term goals, and financial position
• Get to know crew members and help them develop within the company
• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production activities
• Develop good relationships with clients
• Monitor quality of work and bring issues to the customer's attention
