Job Description
The Field Leader - Landscape Maintenance is responsible for managing labor and material, training employees, and ensuring project success within the company. This role requires a strong understanding of company goals and a commitment to achieving budget and quality objectives. The successful candidate will be in charge of a department of landscape maintenance and snow removal activities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated skill and ability to manage others
- At least one year of experience doing contract maintenance work in a commercial setting
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to identify and diagnose insect and disease problems
- Working knowledge of vehicles and equipment used in contract maintenance and snow removal.
