Enhancement Manager

Ruppert Landscape is hiring an Enhancement Manager to oversee production, sales, and customer satisfaction of branch enhancement projects, manage budgets, and contribute to overall branch and company performance goals.

Requirements

• Communicate company philosophies, policies, and procedures to supervisors
• Develop and motivate field leadership to exceed expectations
• Maintain a clear understanding of field managers' strengths, weaknesses, and professional and personal goals
• Recruit personnel to address production area needs
• Develop profitable estimates for enhancement work
• Monitor job costs and communicate to field managers
• Evaluate site performance and address customer concerns
• Oversee hard material purchases and deliveries
• Schedule enhancement crews and maintain proper staffing
• Conduct training sessions and maintain a branch facility and fleet
• Prospect for leads and include them in the branch's prospecting system
