The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully managing commercial landscape construction environments, strong organizational skills, and effective communication skills.

Requirements

• Planning and executing all aspects of high-volume landscape construction
• Hiring, training, and managing personnel assigned to the crew
• Pre-qualifying material deliveries on site
• Building positive relationships with onsite customers
• Managing safety records and enforcing safety regulations
• Tracking labor and identifying manpower for work completion
• Overseeing job site quality control and productivity
• Conducting weekly tailgate safety meetings
• Leading on-the-job training efforts for field employees
