Job Description
Master Electrician needed to repair, install, and test electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances for lighting and equipment operation. Requires 2+ years of experience as an electrician, knowledge of electrical codes, and ability to communicate effectively.
Requirements
- Plans new or modified installations to minimize waste and provide access for future maintenance.
- Prepares sketches and diagrams for wiring and equipment installation.
- Measures, cuts, and installs electrical conduit.
- Splices wires and connects wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment.
- Installs control and distribution apparatus such as switches and circuit-breaker panels.
- Tests continuity of circuit for electrical compatibility and safety.
- Repairs faulty equipment or systems.
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
