Job Description
The Client Service Associate (CSA) supports various functions within the North America Advisor and Intermediary Solutions business to help achieve the unit’s ambitious sales goals. This includes providing reactive and proactive support for sales teams, preparing data for third-party platforms, and running custom business analyses.
Requirements
- One or more years of client service and financial industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of global capital markets and the wealth management industry
- Excellent listening and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment while also working independently
- Demonstrated proficient analytical and technical skills
