Job Description
Join Russell Investments in Mumbai as an RFP Production Specialist. Work with global stakeholders to support technology and infrastructure for asset management. Opportunities to contribute to sales support and content management processes. 2-4 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
Requirements
- 2 – 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s Degree (preference in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Communications or Marketing)
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in Qvidian or similar RFP content database management system
- Experience working with a CRM or Sales enablement tool (e.g. Salesforce or Seismic) desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong research skills using a variety of proprietary and third-party systems and tools
- Solid understanding of investment products, asset classes, and financial markets is a plus
