Job Description
Senior Operational Due Diligence Analyst will identify and assess operational risk factors at prospective and currently funded traditional and alternative investment managers. Conduct due diligence reviews, analyze documentation, and prepare written reports. Communicate findings and recommendations to internally interested parties. Maintain records and data systems, and stay current with industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field required; MBA or CFA preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst, Operations, Internal Audit or Compliance roles within financial services
- Knowledge of private equity/real estate/hedge fund strategies and trading, valuation, and industry best practices is preferred
- Ability to articulate concerns/issues effectively to internal and external senior investment management professionals and compliance professionals
