Program Leader (Spring - Summer 2026)

Rustic Pathways is a student travel organization that offers experiential education, community service, foreign language, and adventure programs. The Program Leader position requires a visitor in the country of operation to care for and protect the well-being of students while they travel, responding to escalated situations and incidents, and creating a safe and successful program experience. This is a seasonal position with a weekly rate of $400-$1200.

Requirements

• Experience working with young adults and/or adolescents
• At least 2 years of experience in service-learning, tourism, outdoor leadership, youth mentorship, customer service, or experiential education
• At least 6 months of experience living and/or working in an international, multicultural, or cross-cultural environment
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Basic CPR and First Aid certification
• Fluency in Spanish for Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, and Peru
